Welcome to the Community, @shughes840.

It you're not seeing an option for Direct Deposit, let's make sure it's set up for the employee you're trying to pay. Just follow these quick and easy steps:

  1. Go to Employees, then Employee Center to open your employee list.
  2. Double-click the employee's name.
  3. Navigate to the Payroll Info tab and hit the Direct Deposit button.
  4. In the Direct Deposit window, select Use Direct Deposit for [employee's name].
  5. Choose whether to deposit the paycheck into one or two accounts.
  6. Enter the employee's financial institution information (Bank NameRouting No.Account No., and Account Type).
  7. If you chose to deposit to two accounts, enter the amount or percentage that the employee wants to deposit to the first account in the Amount to Deposit field. The remainder goes to the second account.
  8. Click OK to save the information.
  9. Enter your direct deposit PIN when prompted.

That's it! I also recommend ensuring your company is setup for direct deposit.
