Welcome to the Community space, @kiran5.

A cache issue might be preventing you from archiving your 941 forms. In this case, I have troubleshooting steps that we can do to fix this.

First, use a private window to access QuickBooks. This will prevent the use of cookies stored on the computer. You can access this by pressing the following commands:

  • Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome)
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox)
  • Control + Option + P (Safari)

If you're able to see the archived form, then let’s go back to your browser and clear the cache. These caches of data are essentially junk files and can be safely deleted to free up storage space. If the same problem occurs, try using a different browser. This can be an issue with the browser that you use.

You can also read this article about archived forms in QuickBooks Online: Archive Old Forms.

After successfully archiving the form, you can always view your tax liability report. This shows you the taxes you've already paid and the ones you need to pay.

If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to ask. You can reach out to the Community at any time. We're always here to have your back. Have a splendid day!
