Hi there, @nflreplay.

I can share with you some information about entering old paychecks in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Usually, the system allows you to enter past paychecks if you haven't run any payroll in QBO. You can open this link for your guide: Set up a prior payroll for QuickBooks Online Payroll.

However, if there are existing paychecks recorded on your account. I recommend reaching out to our Support Team for further assistance. This way, live support can guide you with the proper ways in handling those (May to July 2020) paychecks. To contact support:

  1. Select Contact Us from the Help menu.
  2. Type in a short description of your concern under the What can we help you with box.
  3. Proceed with the Let's talk button.
  4. Select either Start messaging or Get a call button.

If you have the new Help menu interface, follow these steps:

  1. Open your QuickBooks Online account, then go to the (?) Help icon.
  2. Choose the Talk to a human option (then type it again when prompted).
  3. When asked by the bot, enter a short description of your concern.
  4. Select I still need a human.
  5. Proceed with Contact us.
  6. Click Let’s talk, then choose either Get a call or Start messaging.

For the support's business hours, I encourage checking out the details from this link.

Moreover, you can skim through the topics from our help articles for more tips and resources while working with QuickBooks and payroll in the future.
