I can not get my inactive employee list to come up

This could be a browser-related issue, @helmetshop14.

You'll have to log in to your account using a private window. This window doesn't save the browsing activities of the local device. Below are the shortcut keys you can use to access one:

• Google Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
• Mozilla: Ctrl+Shift+P
• Safari: Command + Shift + N

Then, go to the Payroll menu again, and then use the Inactive Employees filter to view the list.

Alternatively, you can pull up the Employee Details report to see employee data such as employment info, pay info, payroll details, and more. Here's how:

1. Go to the Reports menu, and then choose Employee Details under the Payroll section.

2. Select Inactive Employees in the drop-down, and then click Run report.

 If it works well, go back to the original browser and clear the cache. Clearing the cache would delete the internet files that might be causing the issue. 

Alternatively, you can use other compatible browsers.

Additionally, you can run other payroll reports in QBO to monitor your business finances. To achieve this, simply go to the Reports menu, and then refer to the Payroll section.
