Glad to have you here in the Community, @ravenseye-recycl.

I'd be happy to walk you through the steps on how to e-pay and e-file taxes in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

First off, you'll have to enroll in e-services so you can file and pay your taxes electronically.

Once you’ve signed up for e-services, verify what taxes you're going to file and pay.

After verifying, you'll need to pay them first before filing the form. Here's how:

  1. Click Taxes from the menu, then select Payroll Tax.
  2. Select Pay Taxes.
  3. Find the tax you want to pay and select Create Payment.
  4. Click E-pay.
  5. Always choose Earliest as it's the recommended date to pay taxes, then select Approve.
  6. Click Done when the e-payment confirmation appears.

Once you're done paying your taxes, you may now proceed with filing forms.

  1. Go to the Taxes menu, then select Payroll Tax.
  2. Select Quarterly forms or Annual forms.
  3. Choose the form you want to file.
  4. Review the information, then Submit when ready.
