I can't get the Run Payroll to move forward to enter hours of work to do payroll

• Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Shift + N

Once you have opened the incognito window, navigate to the QuickBooks Online (QBO) page and attempt to run payroll and enter hours. If this resolves the issue, you can return to your regular browser and clear its cache to refresh the system. If the problem persists in private browsing mode, consider using a different supported web browser.
