I can help you fix this error so you can efile your 1099’s on time, @userchuckspallets.

The online platform uses the browser’s cache to load websites faster on your next visit. However, these can sometimes become corrupted or gets outdated, which can cause issues.

You can open your account in an incognito or private window, then try to process the forms. Here are the shortcuts keys below for quick navigation:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P

If it works, shift back to your regular browser and clear its cache to start fresh. You can also use other supported browsers as an alternative. In addition, it would be best to utilize the Health Checkup Tool. It is used to check multiple aspects of the browser to make sure the application runs seamlessly.

I’ve attached an article that contains complete instructions to efile your 1099’s in QBO. You can use it as a reference so you can submit the form successfully. It also includes details to check your filing status.

I’d be happy to help if you have other 1099 concerns. Just drop a comment below, and I'll back to you as soon as I can. Take care!
