I have been asked to send business license, Can SS-4 latter from IRS be enough to process direct deposit?

Thanks for bringing this concern to me, userdilmurodd.

 

QuickBooks requires the official Employer Identification Number (EIN). Since having SS-4 is still in the process of applying for an EIN,  you'll need to wait until the IRS approves it.

 

Once done, you can visit these articles to proceed with setting up for direct deposit (Choose your type of subscription):

Thank you for reply, 

but the letter I have is from IRS with Employer ID, once it is been given to me, I received that letter.

Thanks for coming back to us. You'll want to attach the Tax ID verification letter from IRS to process direct deposit. However, we need the official verification of your EIN.
