I have payroll services through QuickBooks but noticed I don’t have payroll forms or W2 options on my account. Where do I go to turn this on?

You don't need to turn on anything to get the W-2, emi1.

In QuickBooks Online Payroll, you can file your W-2s electronically or manually with the IRS. If you have auto pay and the file turned on, you can view and print it starting January 13. The same goes for the Full Service Payroll. With QuickBooks Online Payroll Enhanced, you can start by January 1.
