Hi Brian.

I appreciate you for choosing QuickBooks Online Payroll. I'm here to share with you some information about this product and its feature.

Intuit will definitely take care of your payroll taxes and forms as long as you have QuickBooks Online Full-Service Payroll. You can enable the option through the Payroll Settings window. I'll guide you how.

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then select Payroll Settings under Your Company.
  2. In the Taxes and forms section, select Edit.
  3. Make sure Automate taxes and forms is On.
  4. From the When to pay section, select one of the following:
    • Sooner: tax payments are paid before the due dates.
    • Later: tax payments are paid on the due dates.
  5. Hit Save.

Just in case you want to disable the feature and have more control of making your tax payments and filing forms, you can use this link as your guide: Manage automatic tax payments and form filings.

If you have Enhanced Payroll, here's how you can pay and file your payroll taxes.
