I’m filling out correction plans and have the employees withholdings but trying to figure out how I would get the calculations for the employer withholdings ?

Thanks for dropping by here in the Community. I can help you get the calculations for the employer withholding taxes in QuickBooks.

 

You can run payroll reports to help you fill out the correction plans. I recommend using the Payroll Detail report to acquire the information you need.

 

There's an option to filter the data to only show employer taxes and contributions. This way, it would be easier for you to calculate the amounts.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. On the left navigation bar, click Reports.
  2. Scroll down to Payroll.
  3. Select Payroll Details.
  4. Put a checkmark on the box beside Employer taxes & contributions.
  5. Filter the date range.
  6. Hit Run report
