It's good to see you here in the Community, cpitta.

Security limits help protect you from fraudulent Automated Clearing House (ACH) activities by capping the amount you can send via direct deposit. The total of your company's direct deposit exceeded the maximum allowed daily limit. You can have your Direct Deposit limits raised, or you can modify your payroll transmission so you are under the limit.

You can submit an online request through this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/increase-limit/what-to-do-if-you-hit-a-direct-deposit-limit/00/185986.

Once done, Intuit will start reviewing your request within three to four business hours. To learn more about this process, check out these articles:

If you missed the direct deposit deadline, but it's still before the pay date, you can create a paper check for the employee.

In case you want to know some "How do I" steps in QuickBooks Online, you can always visit our Help Articles page for reference.

Please fill me in if you have any other direct deposit or QuickBooks questions. I'm here to lend a hand. You have a wonderful day!
