I need to cancel my Quickbooks online payroll. Since I will keep QBO active, will continue to have access to my past payroll tax filings?

Let me share with you some information about canceling QuickBooks Online Account. 

QuickBooks keeps your data within a year after the cancelation date. That said, you have read-only access to your past payroll tax filings within that period.

Here's how to cancel: 

1. Log in to QBO as an admin user. 
2. Go to the Gear icon, then choose Account and settings. 
3. Choose Billing & Subscription tab. 
4. Click Cancel Subscription.
