I ran payroll on QBDT AFTER I uploaded the file to QBO. How can I update QBO to current payroll status?

Once you import payroll information to QuickBooks Online, it'll only carry over the company and employee details. You can either enter a prior payroll or run it normally in the online version. 

After all the payroll data is entered, you can create the next payroll of your employees. You'll also have to ensure to record the prior tax payments as well.
