I use QBO payroll core. Ohio requires I file my W2 as .txt How do I convert the W2 online in QBO to a .txt They don't excepte pdf's converted to .txt

As of now, the option to convert a .qbo file to .txt is unavailable in QuickBooks. I'd suggest looking for an application that can help convert the data.

Here's how:

1. Click the Apps tab
2. Under Find apps, click Browse categories.
3. Select a category.

I'd also suggest sending Feedback to our developers by hitting the Gear icon and then selecting Feedback. You can track feature requests through the QuickBooks Online Feature Requests website.
