I use Quickbooks Online Payroll Core. My employees have not yet received their W-2s and today is January 31st. When were they mailed out?

I'll take care of this query for you about the W-2 forms for your employees in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

For QBO Payroll Core, we start to mail W-2s to employees from January 20th through the 31st. You have the option to invite your employees to QuickBooks Workforce. This way, they can view their paychecks and W-2 forms as well.

Right after, you can provide these steps so they can view their W-2 form:

1. Go to the W-2 menu.
2. Select the W-2 copy that you want to view or download.
