In QBO, how do you map expense accounts to each pay type processed in payroll by each employee?

We can map expense accounts processed from payroll in the Payroll Settings page, @helenlin81.

You also have the option to assign employee wages to their own expense account. I'll guide you how.

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Select Payroll Settings.
3. In the Accounting section, click the Pencil icon.
4. From there, you can choose the desired account from the drop-down menu.
5. Select OK.
