Hello rpatel1086,

Let me share some information about filing with QuickBooks.

Filing tax forms and tax payment depends on your payroll subscription. If you have enhanced payroll, it's your responsibility to pay and file your tax forms. But you have the option to file them electronically.

If you have full-service payroll, this is the time Intuit will be the one who files on your behalf. Intuit sends your payroll taxes and forms automatically to ensure your business processes taxes on time.

You can refer to this article for additional information: Tax payments and forms Intuit payroll submits for you.

If Intuit should the one files your payroll, you’ll want to contact them again for validation. Our Customer Care team is the only one who can check about filings and penalties.

You can check out our support hours of operation so you can contact us at the time convenient to you: Support hours and types. Then you can follow these steps to reach them:

  1. Go to the Help menu at the top right.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Enter your concern in the field.
  4. Hit Let’s talk.
  5. Choose to Get a callback.

Please know that I'm just a post away if you have any other questions about Payroll in QuickBooks, just leave a comment below. Take good care.
