I'm glad to see you here, @topdogjunk-gmail.

Let's perform some browser troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue. Sometimes the stored cache and cookies in your browser can be corrupted leading to problems when opening websites like QBSE.

To start, let's access your QBSE account in incognito mode. Below are the shortcut keys you can use depending on your browser type:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

Once signed in, see if you still encounter the same issue. If this works, let's go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to have a clean slate. If not, I recommend using another supported browser. It could be that your current browser has a temporary issue with QuickBooks.

Meanwhile, QBSE has a set of tutorials to help you with your navigation. Check out this page to proceed: QuickBooks Self-Employed Video tutorials. This includes different categories such as tracking mileage, creating invoices and expenses, capturing receipts, and more.

Feel free to post here again if you have further concerns about accessing your QuickBooks account. I'm just a post away to help. Keep safe.
