We follow the Pacific Standard time, Art10.

You can schedule a callback from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm PT from Mondays to Fridays. Then, until 1:00 pm PT on a Saturday. 

Here's how you can schedule a callback:

1. Click Help inside QuickBooks Online.
2. Select Contact Us.
3. Enter your concern in the description field, then click Let's talk.
4. Select Get a callback.
