Thanks for posting to the Community, @mae-jagodzinski

I have verified this hurdle here in our system and found an investigation (INV-55315) about duplicate trips tracked. Our Product Engineers are now working hard to investigate the cause and come up with a solution as soon as possible.

In the meantime, to ensure that the auto-mileage tracking feature is working, I recommend checking if the device operating system is up to date.

And then, manually exclude the duplicate trip:

  1. Select Mileage on the menu and then select the Reviewed tab.
  2. Find and open the trip.
  3. Click the Trash icon.
  4. Select Yes to confirm the deletion.

I've included articles for some references in troubleshooting mileage tracking:

I'd also recommend contacting our QuickBooks Customer Care Team. They can add you to our list of affected users so that you'll receive an email notification once an update is available.

Here's how to get in touch with them:

  1. Select Assistant from the top bar.
  2. Say “Talk to a human".
  3. Select your preferred support method: Message an agent (Live chat), Call an agent or Get a callback.

Keep in mind, some options are only available at certain times.

M-F 6 AM to 6 PM and Saturday 6 AM to 3 PM PT.

Please let me know if you have more concerns about tracking mileage or features in QBSE. I'll be back to help. Have a great rest of the day!
