I'm here to share information with you about the Mileage tracking feature, @stonecreekpm.

This feature has recently been added in QBO is continually being improved as we get more feedback from our customers. At the moment, it doesn't have the option to import mileage data through a .csv file. For now, what you can do is to automatically track mileage as you go driving or manually add a trip.

To add trips manually directly in QBO instead of the app, here's what you'll need to do:

  1. Select Mileage.
  2. Select Add Trip.
  3. Add the trip date, starting/ending locations, distance, and trip purpose.
  4. Select Save.

I understand the importance of this feature for you and your business. I'll send this feedback on your behalf for consideration in future product updates. I want you to be the first to hear about the latest QuickBooks innovations, so I’m adding an article to view the details: Firm of the Future.
