Lost my Payroll Service PIN number, faxed and emailed the PIN reset form with no response??? How do I get a new or have my PIN reset?

The request form helps you reset a lost or forgotten PIN, Lurepro. 

After sending the requirements, the company's payroll admin or primary principal will have to reach out to our payroll support. An agent will pull up your account and generate a new PIN. Here's how:

1. Click Help inside QuickBooks.
2. Go to QuickBooks Desktop Help.
3. Click Contact Us.
4. Enter "New Direct Deposit PIN" in the description field, then click Continue.
5. Select either Start messaging or Get a callback.
