Hello there, @pspann.

Your browsers store temporary internet files and cache to speed that can cause unexpected behavior.

In the meantime, you can access your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account via an incognito/private browser to check if it's a browser issue or not

To use a private browser, here’s how:

  • Google Chrome, press CTRL  Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL  Shift P
  • Internet Explorer: Press CTRL  Shift P
  • Safari: press Command Shift N

If it works fine using the private browser, access your account using the original browser and clear the browser's cache.

Otherwise, you can use a different browser.

For additional help, feel free to reach out to our QuickBooks Customer Care Team. They have the tools to check what's causing this and can initiate a screen sharing session to get to the resolution quickly.

You can reach them within this time: Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM and Saturday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM PST.

I want to make sure this is taken care of for you. If you have additional questions or concerns while working in QBO, leave a comment below. I’m here ready to help you.
