Hi Liz235,

You'll want to make sure that QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) app is updated so you'll be able to access your mileage records.

Here's how:

  1. Open the Play Store.
  2. Tap the Menu ⋮ icon.
  3. Tap My apps & games.
  4. Tap Installed.
  5. Swipe down to find QuickBooks Self-Employed or QuickBooks Online.
  6. Tap Updated. If it says Open, it means your app is up-to-date.

However, if it's already updated, you can try logging out from your QBSE account. Then, uninstall and reinstall the app from your phone.

To uninstall using Android:

  1.  Select the Settings app from your app drawer or home screen.
  2.  Tap Apps & Notifications, then hit See all apps.
  3.  Scroll down the list until you find the app you want to remove and tap it.
  4.  Select Uninstall.

To uninstall using iPhone:

  1. Tap and hold any app or folder for several seconds, until you see all the icons start to jiggle.
  2. Find an app you want to uninstall and then tap the small "X" in the upper left corner of the icon.
  3. When you're done, press the Home button to exit the iPhone's "jiggle mode."

After, you've successfully uninstalled the app, you can reinstall and log back into your account.
