Welcome to the Community, mossotankandtower.

Adjust QuickBooks settings to show all last quarter's paychecks in your Paycheck List. Here's how.

If you're using QuickBooks Online, here's how you can adjust:

  1. First, go to the left-hand menu and select Payroll.
  2. Next, select Overview.

  3. Click on Paycheck List.

  4. Under the Standard Reports tab, Tap the Filter.

  5. Then change the Date range to the Last quarter.

  6. Lastly, press Apply or the equivalent button to refresh the list.

However, if you're using the QuickBooks Desktop. You can follow the steps below:

  1. In your QBDT, Click on the Employees tab from the main menu.
  2. Then select Payroll Center.
  3. In the Payroll Center, go to the Transactions tab and pick Paychecks.
  4. Above the Paycheck List, you will see a date range filter.
  5. Set the start date to the beginning of the last quarter and the end date to the end of the quarter.
  6. Tap Refresh or a similar button to update the list according to the new date range.
