Thank you for bringing this to our attention, Fluorsigns3601.

Let's get your paycheck printing back on track so you can have a smooth payroll process.

Having a blank screen or a spinning icon when printing payroll checks is usually due to outdated browser data or pop-up blockers. To check this, we can log in to QuickBooks and print the paychecks in an Incognito or Private browser window to see if this is caused by outdated data.

Shortcut keys for incognito or private browsing:

  • Google Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: Press Command + Shift + N

If the behavior continues, check your pop-up blocker settings and allow exceptions for qbo.intuit.com. Follow this link for detailed steps: Why doesn't anything happen when I select a button or link?

Please let us know how the instructions work for you, or if you have any questions throughout the process.
