My Payroll taxes are not being paid

I'll be glad to walk you through the steps on how to contact our Customer Support Team. This way, they can check why your payroll taxes are marked as paid and take further action.

1. Go to the Help menu and click Contact Us.
2. Type the issue/topic in the field box and then hit the Let’s talk button.
3. Choose Start messaging or Get a call to connect with our specialist.
4. Enter your contact information and you’ll then receive a confirmation of your request along with the estimated wait time.
