Welcome to the Quickbooks Community,force6. If you need to access a copy of an employee 2017 W-2 form, follow these steps below for Quickbooks Online Payroll.

1. Go the Taxes and choose Payroll Tax.
2. In the Forms area, click the Annual Forms option.
3. Choose the employee using the drop-down menu.
4. Click the W-2, Copies B, C & 2 link, which will take you to the Printable Employee Copies: Form W-2 page.
5. Add the necessary period from the drop-down.
6. Abode Reader will launch, and you can select View for a preview.

Once that is completed, you will be able to print a copy of the form. Depending on the type of payroll service you may have, for example, Intuit Online Payroll Enhanced or Intuit Online Payroll Full Service, I have added this article, including similar steps to view and print your W-2.
