Our payroll didn't go through, even though I submitted it properly and on time. It says it went through in Quickbooks, but nothing has come out of our bank account.

Thank you for reaching out to the QuickBooks Community. You are not the only one to experience this. Our payroll service was down today, but it is now resolved thanks to our hard-working engineers. Employees will able to see their direct deposit in their bank account by the end of the day.
