Payroll Direct deposit didn't deposit into employees accounts. Anyone else have this issue ?

We've received reports that some of our customers have not received their direct deposit payments scheduled for Friday (April 30, 2021). Our engineers are aware of this and are working to find the root cause to resolve this issue.

For now, I recommend checking out our Status Board and click SUBSCRIBE TO UPDATES. You can also inform your employees to monitor their pays within today while this is being taken care of.
