Hi there, @cthomas-countryw.

Your credit card information may have expired or nearly to expire, that's why QuickBooks is asking you to update it. When you're ready to update your credit card information, you can go to the Account Maintenance page and update it from there.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Employees menu and select My Payroll Service, then Account/Billing Information.
  2. Sign in using your Intuit Account login.
  3. Once signed in, go to Billing Details. If you see the current credit card information, you are the billing contact of your company.
  4. Select the Edit link to update your billing information.

I'm adding this article for more details: Change your credit card for payroll billing.

As always, feel free to visit our QuickBooks Community help website if you need tips and related articles in the future.

Keep in touch if you need any more assistance with this, or there's something else I can do for you. I've got your back. Have a good day.
