QB self-employeed is showing that I didn't pay Q1, Q2, or Q3 but I did, why?

If you have an existing balance in the previous quarter, QuickBooks will automatically apply the payment amount in the next quarter. That being said, you may have an unpaid balance on the second quarter reason why the third quarter payments lumped into it.

However, let's ensure that when viewing your Quarterly taxes page is for 2019. 

Here's how:

1. From the left menu, click Taxes.
2. In the Taxes section.
3. Click the drop-down arrow, then choose 2019.
