Hello there, @lindak1119. I'm here to lend a hand.

QuickBooks Online doesn't stop supplying quarterly forms. If you're trying to file the payroll forms and haven't seen them, it could be that it's filed automatically. To check if you've enabled automated tax payment and form filing. Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon at the top.
  2. Select Payroll Settings.
  3. Go to the Taxes and forms section.
  4. See if the Automate taxes and forms checkbox is check.
  5. To turn off, clear the Automate taxes and forms checkbox.
  6. Click Save.

However, if the forms aren't filed, may I know the specific quarterly form you've mean? So I can check if there are reported issues about this.
