I compared bank statements and expenses and the result is the bank balance. Quickbooks shows an additional 43K on top off actual balance.

I can help you locate the duplicate transactions, @beaumontballet-g.

We can run the chart of accounts to locate the duplicate transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Accounting menu.
  2. Select Chart of Accounts.
  3. Choose the account that you want to run.
  4. Locate the duplicate transactions.
  5. Click Delete.

You can also check this article for your future reference about adding and matching downloaded banking transactions: Add and match downloaded banking transactions.
