Since recent payroll upgrades, the pay stubs in Quickbooks desktop 2020 no longer have vacation/sick pay info printed on them.  All settings/preferences are correct.

Hi there, @Cyclewench.

Thank you for providing information about your concern. Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to resolve your issue.

First, let's create a dummy paycheck with sick and vacation and then open the paystubs.

If the vacation or sick pay info has appeared, I suggest voiding the paycheck and recreate it. Before doing so, create a backup copy of your file and gather the details. This way we can ensure the accuracy of the data and so the net pay won't change. To void, open the paycheck and right-click.

But, if the vacation or sick info still doesn't show. Check the employee setup if the details are correct. If correct, I recommend updating your payroll tax table this will provide the most current and accurate rates for state and federal tax tables in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) 2020.
