quickbooks is FORCING automatic payroll and withdraw of tax payments at the time of payroll proessing. can this be changed to when taxes are actually due?

I do not wish to give the agencies a loan. I want to have my taxes withdrawn when they are actully due. This has a negative impact on my cash flow and is not desired at all. This appears to be a forced change with no options. Any work arounds?

There are no work arounds. It will be however they decide it to be.

My advice is to file a complaint with the BBB. The more complaints the better, otherwise, nothing will change, and QB will be making HUGE amounts of money off of YOUR money.

Please, for all that is good, file a complaint.
