I may have misled you.  I was working on salary HISTORY.  I worked with a payroll assistant via phone who helped me by having me set up the pastor as EXEMPT for Soc Sec & Medicare as well as SUI.  That allowed me to be able to save the Salary history with $0.  Thanks

Welcome to the Community, @OMPUMC.

I can see a duplicate post for this exact query you posted. My colleague, ArielI, has already answered similar question you've posted. You can view his answer through this thread: QBO Payroll Setup. I see how to add deductions, but I cannot see where to add a non-taxable addition. Where can I do that?

Don't hesitate to keep in touch if you need anything else about adding non-taxable addition in QuickBooks Online. As always, the Community is always here to attend to your concerns.
