The payroll has not paid my state and federal income tax from my employees. Can I talk with someone?

I'm here to extend a hand and resolve your concern about payroll taxes. 

It appears your payroll service can pay your State and Federal payroll taxes automatically. I suggest you check if this feature is off.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Select Payroll Settings.
3. Search for the Taxes and forms section.
4. Ensure the Automate taxes and forms box has a check on it.

If you wish to proceed with contacting our Technical Support team, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company.
2. Click the Help menu.
3. Select Contact us.
