Trying to get Intuit's W-9

I've been trying for the last hour to get a hold of someone through the customer service and sales numbers in order to get a copy of Intuit's W-9, and as i just was hung up on while on hold for almost a half an hour, i'm really hoping to be able to get some information through here.

Would it be possible to get the W-9 e-mailed to us, or to get the contact information for the Finance Dept. that would typically handle this sort of request. I'm hoping this should just be the quick acquisition of a PDF.

Good day, CDPHP-NY.

I'd be glad to help you get a copy of Intuit's W-9. Let's get started.

Since printing a W-9 form in QuickBooks Online isn't currently offered, you can download the form through the IRS website and print them out.

You can get more information about this form in the following links below:

Forms and Associated Taxes for Independent Contractor.

About Form W-9, Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification

Also, you can check this article to learn more in collecting contractor's W-9s: You can do WHAT in QuickBooks? Collect contractor W-9s.

Let me know how it goes by leaving a reply below. I'd be glad to provide you additional assistance.

That wouldnt give me intuit's W-9 though... that would give me the blank W-9 form from the IRS. I need Intuit's W-9, Intuit, the parent company of Quickbooks, with their TIN listed on it. Typically this would be supplied by someone on your finance team, like a member of Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable.
