Unable to create paychecks due to a pop up warning regarding state taxes.

I am trying to create paychecks for this pay period but when I try to create them, I get this warning: "You cannot create a check for John Doe on 04/16/2021 because you have already made SC tax payments for the quarter. Please enter a check date in the next quarter."  We started paying the federal taxes and state taxes each pay period due to the changes in federal tax filings.  We did not have any problem last quarter when we paid the taxes in this manner.  

How can I create paychecks or remove the warning that prevents me from making payroll?  Since it is only April, I can't enter check dates into July.  Thanks
