Updates to QuickBooks Online Payroll Taxes

With the upcoming launch of the automated payroll tax payments, has there been any updates to the workflow to file the payroll taxes for the local and state payroll tax entities that do not accept filings and payments from QuickBooks Online? For example, I reached out to Washington LNI and Workers Comp will still have to be paid and filed outside of QuickBooks. Can we have the ability to turn off automated payroll tax payments to certain entities via Checkbox in the payroll settings as this will reduce duplicating work that will have continue to be completed manually?

Also, are there any updates to remove states no longer an active part of business locations? These inactive locations stay active in payroll settings and should be made inactive once the last filings have been completed pertaining to prior employees. I find that QuickBooks continues to charge for inactive states, including filing tax forms that are not to be filed. Removing inactive states with a check box or update to the locations should suffice and prevent duplication (or additional work) as mentioned prior.

Lastly, if there are any additional updates to the upcoming payroll tax automation can they be posted in the community allowing for feedback here as someone may have already inquired on these questions already and no updates are shown. Thank you.
