Question

What time should employees expect to see their paychecks deposited into their accounts on pay day?

I ran payroll as usual on Wednesday evening (I have Quickbooks online). The paycheck funds are usually available in each employee’s bank account in the early morning hours on pay day. It’s after 9:30am and the funds have still not been deposited. Do we just need to be patient and assume the funds will show up before 5:00pm? Or should they have already shown up?

Hey there, @1kevtaylor.

We were alerted to a third-party issue with direct deposit processing this morning that has delayed the deposit of employees' paychecks into their accounts. The issue has been resolved and your employees should expect to see the funds available in their bank account by end of the day today.

We know how critical each paycheck is to your team. This is, even more, the case in our current environment. Thank you for your patience as we focus to ensure your employees’ funds are available as soon as possible.
