When I click on "Pay Team" in the payroll page, nothing happens. A blank screen drops down and then rolls back up. What am I doing wrong?

Getting a blank screen might be caused by a browser-related issue. We can try opening your account in a private or incognito window. This mode doesn't store your existing cache. You can use the keyboard shortcuts below: 

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Option + P

Go to the Payroll page and click the Pay Team button. If it works, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. Clearing cache on a daily basis helps to increase the performance of your browser. Please make sure to close and re-open your browser afterwards. Alternatively, try using a different supported browser.
