When I log in to cloud services to invite employees to view their paycheck, I am told I do not have sufficient privileges to do so. This is an accountants office.

Let's make sure you're logging in as the QuickBooks Admin when inviting employees. Let me guide you how.

1. Go to File, then Close Company.
2. In the No Company Open window, choose your company file, then Open.
3. Log in as Admin. Then, OK.
