Where can I import scanned payroll change paperwork? Thanks.

If you are trying to import payroll entries, this option is unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO). We can only import bank data, customers, vendors, charts of accounts, products/services, and invoices as of now. You'll want to consider manually entering the paychecks you create outside of QuickBooks via journal entry.

Alternatively, you can visit our QuickBooks App Center to find a third-party application that can import payroll transactions into QBO. You may also follow these simple steps in searching the app if you're inside QuickBooks Online: 

1. Select Apps from the sidebar menu.
2. Go to the Find Apps tab.
3. Enter a keyword in the search bar or click the Browse category button to filter the results.

Any questions about integrating the app into your Online account are best handled by the third-party app provider.  Additionally, you can check out the Run payroll reports to help you track where your business stands in terms of employee expenses.
