Welcome to the Community, @ericpapalini.

When setting up a direct deposit (DD), QuickBooks place caps on how much money you can send over direct deposits. That'll help protect your company or business from fraud.

Since you're getting a DD limit notification, you can consider doing the following:

  • Lower the direct deposit amount.
  • Make a direct deposit increase request.
  • Pay your employee with a paper check.

I'm adding this article for the detailed information: What to do if you hit a direct deposit limit?
