Why is my refund saying being processed since 2/14/21 and it is supposed to be direct deposit

To help you verify the refund, I'd recommend contacting the IRS department. This way, they can take a look at your account and provide more info about the refund. Then, to help you check the status of your refund, you can use the Where’s My Refund? tool.
