QUESTION: If you could sit down to dinner with 3 other business owners...
... anyone living today (or not!), who would you choose and why?

I'd dine with Tim Brown, founder of All Birds (sneakers made from New Zealand merino wool and eucalyptus fibers), Anne Patchett (award-winning author and owner of indpendent bookstore Parnassus Books in Tennessee, USA) and marketing guru and entrepreneur Seth Godin. Imagine the conversation flowing between a Kiwi who creates high-quality shoes made from sustainable materials, a writer determined to thrive as a businessperson in a particularly challenging industry (books!) and an internationally recognized digital-marketing expert. Each one is creative, nimble and incredibly dedicated -- and each seems to have a good sense of humor, too. Could be a fascinating evening. I love to hear who's on *your* invite list!

emilyRe: QUESTION: If you could sit down to dinner with 3 other business owners...
Wow, great post, @ShanaNiederman - A challenging one too, there are so many people I would love to have dinner with.
The first business owner I would like to have dinner with is Richard Branson - He is the founder of the Virgin Group, which controls more than 400 companies!!! Richard Branson has inspired me from a young age to pursue my dreams and to never give up. Kevin Systrom - American entrepreneur and programmer, best known as the co‑founder of Instagram. I built my business on Instagram and it's my favourite social platform, I would love to chat with him about business and his approach to social media. I would also love to meet the sadly missed Kate Spade, I adore her products. Ahh, the list is so so long!
@EmilyMockett if you could sit down to dinner with 3 other business owners... Anyone living today (or not!), who would you choose and why? Would they be people who are in the same sector as your business? - I would love to know your answer to this. This is a very cool question @ShanaNiederman!

Hey, @Karsty!
I thought this would be an interesting post for you to think about. I would love to know who you would like to sit down with for dinner. Would you choose other gardeners? Or perhaps people in a creative field of work that could inspire your gardening?
