Agree with @Anonymous that college students can be an adept and very affordable - possibly free - resource for managing social media accounts. Trading social-media savvy for work experience seems like a pretty good deal to me :smileyhappy: Email marketing is a bit of different skillset, but if you're willing to invest some time in on-the-job training your successful candidate should be able to do double-duty.
How concerned are you about turnover? Are you looking for short-term help or a longer-term commitment?
